Town Council Governance
Sheringham Town Council has 11 employees. The Town clerk is responsible for overseeing their employment and ensuring all the correct policies are in place to ensure as an employer we are compliant with the law.
As a council we appreciate our staff are our greatest asset and it is therefore important to us that our electorate can see the way we manage our human resources and therefore, our employment policies are here for anyone to read.
Sheringham Town Council values greatly the electorate’s right to be able to see the processes and policy which govern the council. The policies currently in place with regard to general governance are all included here for the electorate to see.
