Neil ran his own business for over 25 years as an executive and leadership coach and mentor. Prior to that he held positions as a senior executive in blue chip organisations, before deciding to stop work to pursue other interests..
Having been in love with North Norfolk for over 30 years he finally moved here 8 years ago.
He has lived in Sheringham since 2016. Neil believes that having been acclaimed as one the UK’s leading and longest-standing executive coaches with more than 26 years’ experience, engaging business leaders in challenging conversations about enhancing business and personal performance in organisations he can add value to the council, community, business and tourism alike.
Neil is passionate about the development of young people and setting them up for future success. Neil has served in the Princes’ Trust, conducts coach and mentor training at a large academy, coaching and mentoring students on a 1-1 and group basis in areas such as, ‘the business world’ life skills, confidence and self-esteem. He also works with students who are on the way to exclusion from education to success in passing their exams.
