Gentle Yoga & Pilates with Beth – Rooms 5&6

A slower yoga class to gradually build up strength, flexibility and well being. Plenty of options to protect those problem areas such as knees, back and wrists. Standing and floor poses. Suitable for those with yoga experience and also beginners. Beth will keep an eye on everyone during the class and give individual feedback, advice to help you get the most from the class and when practicalities allow assist with hands on adjustments if you choose.
Cost £8 per session or 10 sessions for £70
