An event every week that begins at 10:45 am on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
A slower yoga class to gradually build up strength, flexibility and well-being. Plenty of options to protect those problem areas such as knees, back and wrists.Standing and floor poses. Suitable for those with experience and beginners. Beth will keep an eye on everyone during the class, provide feedback and advice to help you get the most from the class plus when allowed, assist with hands on adjustments if you choose.
Cost £8 per session or 10 sessions for £70
